The registration phase for AMB 2026 will start in spring 2025. Here you can find all information abour registration.
Please let us know about your requirements for the stand, stand location and stand size.
Registrations received before 31. July 2025 were considered in the first stand allocation round. All registrations received after that date are considered according to available areas. Please note that a registration is no guarantee for a participation in AMB 2026.
The hall planning will start on 1 August 2025.
Messe Stuttgart will allocate stands according to the time of registration and product groups following the positioning requests of exhibitors received by the start of the allocation process on 1 August 2025 as far as possible. The set-up will follow topics and is oriented on the previous event as well as on the product and services groups according to the Exhibitor Index. Non-binding basis for the stand allocation within the halls will be the AMB 2024 stand allocation.
If you, for example, exhibited at AMB 2024 and would like to book the same stand again, your request will be checked for technical feasibility.
A down-payment invoice for 33 % of all ordered services will be issued after receipt of the registration, not before 14 October 2025.
The final stand area invoice will be issued 12 weeks before the beginning of the event for the outstanding difference covering the booked area and the paid down-payment.

Please note the following:
- Before the contract is conluded (stand confirmation has not been sent), a cancellation of the registration is free of charge (GEC 2.3).
- After conclusion of the contract, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the stand rental fee will be charged except in the case of a further rental. In that case, the cancellation fee is reduced by up to 75 % (See GEC 4.1 to 4.3).
