JUNKER and LTA honor employee work anniversaries

JUNKER and LTA celebrated work anniversaries for 60 of its employees – with 1355 years of proud service between them – and paid tribute to their dedication and commitment. Each of these long-serving employees has played a major role in shaping our success story — a truly great achievement.

From the very beginning, the JUNKER Group has made a name for itself all over the world with its high-quality grinding machines and filtration systems. But first and foremost, the JUNKER Group owes its international success to those who have passionately dedicated themselves, in some cases over several decades, to meeting the company's targets.

The JUNKER Group considers it a great honor to express its appreciation to these employees for their many years of loyalty. Tributes were given in small groups on 30th November and 1st December 2020, in the canteen at the Nordrach site. 

The event focused on paying tribute to the 60 employees celebrating their work anniversary (ranging between 10 and 50 years of service) and recognizing their personal achievements for the JUNKER Group. Large gift hampers were presented to the employees, along with honorary certificates. Special thanks and profound appreciation were given for the many years of dedication shown by the eight employees with 40, 45 and 50 years of proud service. In his speech, Torsten Berger, Head of Human Resources, spoke of an exciting year and of the company's long tradition of work anniversary celebrations. "Sadly, due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year's event cannot take place at the Stube Hotel and Restaurant, as it usually would," said Mr Berger.
