Having studied the current trends and demands for the Rotary Table market NIKKEN Kosakusho, through the constant research, development and innovation distilled deep within the roots of the company, are delighted to have produced and launched their latest 4th Axis Rotary table line - The CNC260PLUS and CNC302PLUS.

With a completely reimagined and updated clamping system, with a new internal design that takes better advantage of standard pneumatic supplies, to enable numerous applications and demands to be met and machined without the need of an additional hydraulic power pack. The previous generations of this range have always been commonly used on a wide range of vertical machining centres to provide 4th axis capabilities at a minimal outlay. The latest generation brake system can provide a clamping torque of 1430Nm, which is 2.4 x more powerful than the original CNC260 (1430Nm is achieved from a 5 Bar air supply with an increased 1550Nm being possible from a typical 6 Bar workshop supply)! Being suitable for vertical and horizontal mounting the CNC260PLUS and CNC302PLUS make great solutions to maximise the versatility of any machining centre and to suit any application!

Using unique internally developed manufacturing processes and construction techniques (for example, our innovative Carbide Worm Screw and Ion Nitrided Hardened Worm Wheel system) NIKKEN solutions provide proven performance, reliability and accuracy benefits for any process or requirement which others simply cannot hope to emulate.
