Tezmaksan Robot Technologies to exhibit at AMB 2024 in Stuttgart
Held every two years in Stuttgart, Germany, AMB is one of the most important international trade fairs for the metalworking industry, attracting exhibitors and visitors from around the world.
At the event, Tezmaksan will demonstrate a diverse range of its CubeBOX CNC automation systems, including the CubeBOX Space Cabinet — a system that maximises storage efficiency with its three-drawer design. The CubeBOX Space Cabinet is equipped with a 6-axis robot that autonomously handles product unloading, reducing the need for frequent restocking and streamlining the production process.
Also on the stand will be the CubeBOX Blues RT-S, a versatile automation solution ideal for both lathes and vertical machining centres. The RT-S model uses dual pallets for part loading and can tend to one or two CNC machines simultaneously. A key benefit of this model is its ability to stack two pallets on top of each other, increasing throughput without the need for additional factory space.
Alongside the Space Cabinet and RT-S, Tezmaksan will demonstrate the CubeBOX-AMR, an Autonomous Mobile Robot designed to transform internal logistics. This AMR not only facilitates seamless material transport across different sections of a factory but also improves workflow efficiency through its versatile drawer system, allowing for the transport of various components or tools with minimal human intervention.
Tezmaksan’s CubeBOX Pallet Pool will also be on display, showcasing its ability to automate CNC machining centres efficiently, especially in environments where space is at a premium. The Pallet Pool system can manage up to 24 pallets and 16 tools with a single unit. The pallets are efficiently arranged in a compact circle in front of the machine, with a 6-axis robot taking care of the loading and unloading process, therefore reducing the need for operator intervention.
In addition to these systems, Tezmaksan will feature the CubeBOX Blues DR and ServoDOOR. The CubeBOX Blues DR offers advanced multi-pallet handling capabilities, providing manufacturers with the flexibility to manage large production runs efficiently. Meanwhile, ServoDOOR, an automated door system, integrates seamlessly with CNC machines to reduce cycle times, improve safety and enhance overall operational efficiency.
“AMB Messe Stuttgart is an excellent platform for us to showcase how our advanced automation solutions can transform manufacturing processes,” said Hakan Aydogdu, general manager at Tezmaksan. "We understand the unique challenges faced by the metalworking industry, where precision, efficiency and reliability are vital.
"Our CNC automation systems are designed to meet these demands by streamlining production processes, reducing downtime and ensuring consistent quality. These innovations enable metalworking manufacturers to optimise their operations, reduce operational costs, and stay competitive in the market."
