VOLLMER 360-degree tour of the digital TTC is online
The web-based VOLLMER 360-degree tour guides visitors around the grinding machines, eroding machines and services that can be found in the real Technology and Training Centre (TTC) located in Biberach, Germany. Visitors to the virtual 360-degree panorama can explore and find out about sharpening machines for rotary tools, circular saws and band saws at the click of a mouse, and can even use the "Guided Tour" button to book their very own VOLLMER 360-degree tour tailored to their specific interests.
Visit a virtual world of machinery
Machine manufacturer VOLLMER is systematically enhancing the digitalisation of its machines, automation technology, services and communication tools. The latest innovation to the company's name is the digital VOLLMER 360-degree tour, which gives existing and potential customers online access to the virtual TTC showroom. The animated 360-degree panorama features all the machines that are also on display in the real-life TTC in Biberach: Grinding and eroding machines for carbide rotary tools or PCD-tipped (polycrystalline diamond) rotary tools, as well as carbide-tipped circular saws.
In-depth insight to machines and services
By clicking on one of the virtual machines on the 360-degree tour, guests can use the plus button to view relevant detailed information as well as picture galleries, videos and more links, which appear in a content box on the right-hand side of the screen. As well as viewing the machines themselves, guests to the digital showroom can also see information about VOLLMER services, such as the digital solutions of the V@dison initiative. The packages, divided into four areas, reduce machine downtime and facilitate predictive maintenance. The diverse range of V@dison tools and services gives tool manufacturers the best possible availability of their equipment and maximum transparency within their manufacturing processes.
