Early education
- Daycare and school support associations - Civil society engagement in education and upbringing
- Early education room concepts
Organizer: Bundesverband der Kita- und Schulfördervereine (BSFV)
Daycare and school support associations bundle a powerful civic commitment in the field of education and upbringing nationwide and stand for low-threshold, idealistic promotion and fast, operational support on site. Daycare and school support associations are ideal cooperation partners along the entire education chain, especially in the context of all-day schooling. The Bundesverband der Kita- und Schulfördervereine (BSFV) is a voluntary professional association active in Germany that supports and professionalizes the work of daycare and school support associations. As a federal association with a federal network structure, it is an important point of contact at a national political level.

At the special event “Early education room concepts”, you can experience how modern room design enriches daycare centers and supports both the well-being of the children and the work of the daycare staff. The joint stand shows how well-designed rooms contribute to children's development and promote pedagogical work. The space is divided into areas that represent typical daycare zones such as creativity, rest, eating and playing. Different wall colors, floor coverings and flexible furniture create specific moods and have a positive influence on the perception of the space. This display area clearly illustrates how the “room as a third educator” can be used in a targeted way to promote children's behavior, concentration and well-being. It offers practical impulses and inspiration for the design of modern, functional learning and living spaces in daycare centers.

The "transparent classroom" provides insights into innovative didactic concepts. Here you can experience the lessons of the future today. In the glass cube, teachers and their pupils show what learning and skills development can look like in the 21st century. This is expressly not a showroom in which artificial “fireworks” lessons with a strict timetable are carried out. Instead, you are invited to take part yourself: Look over the learners' shoulders and get into conversation with them, join in and get to know learning in a new way. If you would like to have personal discussions, come by the SprechBar or the InfoBar. Here you will meet experts on many different topics. Or would you like to get creative? The MachBar offers you the opportunity to “get into the making”. In addition to the top topics of “Artificial Intelligence” and “Digitalization”, you can expect other exciting topics from Tuesday to Saturday.
