Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH was merged with Projektgesellschaft Neue Messe GmbH & Co. KG as of 27 August 2024 and is now called Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG and acts accordingly on the market.

All existing contracts and agreements of the previous company Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH are still valid and are being transferred with the merger by way of universal succession to the company Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG.
