Rooms for up to 10,000 people

The ICS can provide the rooms to meet every requirement of your congress.. The C1 congress hall and the C2 multifunctional hall are located on the ground floor of the ICS. The congress hall caters for up to 3,000 people and can be divided into two, three or four halls using a soundproof partitioning system.

There is room for up to 5,000 people in the C2 multifunctional hall. This hall is often used for congresses and for exhibitions where catering is involved – even possible at the same time thanks to a partitioning wall.

Rooms C3 to C10 of the ICS conference area on the upper floor also have partitioning systems. They are so flexible that the conference area can be divided into as many as 33 conference and seminar rooms, holding anything from 12 to 440 people. All the rooms have natural light and can be darkened; in the halls, there are almost no columns.

Congresses with superb transport accessibility

The ICS and Messe Stuttgart boast excellent accessibility for both long- and short-distance travel. This guarantees the quick and easy travel of all participants to and from the congress. Messe Stuttgart is also the only trade fair to enjoy such close proximity to an international airport; it takes only a matter of minutes to walk from the terminal 1 to the trade fair and congress buildings.

High-speed trains also travel directly to the Swabian metropolis, which is only three hours away from Zurich and Paris. When travelling by car, the ICS and the trade fair grounds are accessed via the adjacent A8 and A81 motorways. Messe Stuttgart is also well connected to the regional transport network with suburban and city trains.

Comfort by day, comfort by night

Facilities and location are decisive factors in the success of an overnight stay during a congress visit. Messe Stuttgart is able to cater to the most varied of requirements in this respect. There are three hotels within walking distance of the trade fair grounds, while there are approx. 12,000 hotel rooms available for congress participants, and of course your event team, within a 20 kilometre radius of the trade fair and ICS Center. In the entire region, there are 24,000 rooms available . The accommodation on offer ranges from luxury hotels to family-run guest houses. Should you require several rooms, our partners at the Region Stuttgart Convention Bureau will be more than happy to help with your booking.
