How to get exhibitor passes, set-up and dismantling passes and tickets for the exhibitor evening event?

2. Go to the „MesseTicketService“ (Messe Ticket Shop  – yellow jigsaw piece).

3. Select „Registration codes for exhibitor passes“.

4. You can choose between free registration codes (for main exhibitors only) or paid registration codes:

Note: The article on the left „Free registration code for an exhibitor pass“ is for the download of the free exhibitor pass codes included in your stand fee. The number of free passes depends on the size of your stand. The exact number of your free exhibitor passes is mentioned in your stand confirmation.  This option is only available to main exhibitors. Co-exhibitors please contact their main exhibitors for free codes.

5. Enter the desired quantity of codes. Please note that the codes can only be ordered after the stand rental invoice has been paid.

Click on „into the shopping basket“ and complete your order.

If the message below appears, the payment for the stand rental has not been received by Messe Stuttgart.

6. In the „My Tickets” section, you can download your registration codes. Please note that the codes have to be downloaded and will not be sent by e-mail.

7. Forward the registration codes to your stand personnel. They have to redeem the codes in the “Ticket” section of the trade fair website. Alternatively, they can use this link:  www.messe-stuttgart.de/exhibitor-passes. To redeem the exhibitor pass code, they have to copy the code into the field outlined below, enter their personal details and choose the public transport option if required. Creating an account is not necessary here. The exhibitor pass will then be e-mailed to the person.

8. Should more exhibitor passes be required than the ones included in the stand rental, please choose the option “Registration code for an exhibitor pass (fee required)”. Enter the required quantity, put the codes in the shopping basket and complete the order as detailed above.
