1K-CeraPUR materials provide the ideal sealing solution and offer many advantages for your application as well. In order to achieve the goal of an environmentally friendly sealing application, in the future all materials used in the value chain must also be considered under the points of sustainability and environmental compatibility. Free of solvents and silicones, without the use of PFAS, PFOA and di-isocyanates, CeraPUR is ideally suited for these requirements. Promising results have already been achieved with the one-component material in test applications in air humidifiers or on bipolar plates.

Under the Thermal systems business unit, CeraCon also offers space-saving and automated thermal systems for safe drying, curing or cooling according to the highest requirements of the DIN EN 1539 dryer standard. Process reliability and a flexible design of complex temperature profiles are key advantages of the CeraTHERM systems.
