Graebener® Bipolar Plate Technologies produces individual production lines for the series production of metallic bipolar plates: from engineering to prototyping and small series production in our production laboratory to customer-specific production lines.

Recently, the always tailor-made Graebener® stack presses for fuel cell and electrolysis stacks have been added to our product portfolio. These lines are also designed for specific applications and support our customers during stack assembly and testing.

Tasks of the machine

• Compressing of the pre-assembled stack
• Maintaining the pressure for several hours while performing various tests
• Final stack assembly by means of customer-specific tensioning systems

Special features

• Compensation of lateral forces caused by tolerances in the stack
• Homogeneous compression of the stack by means of synchronized servo-motor driven spindle units
