Their hydraulic or electric tailor-made compression moulding presses shape and cure powdery, resin-impregnated conductive-compound materials for mono and bipolar plates for redox flow and fuel cells. These systems deliver consistently high-quality products due to their high level of automation.

To produce bipolar plates, four methods are used: 

1) positive compression moulding
2) preform compression moulding
3) foil hot embossing, and 
4) sheet compression moulding
