Review 2024
The motto of interbad 2024 was ‘Water is our element. Sustainability is our principle’. This was demonstrated by the 276 exhibiting companies with innovative products and solutions at the trade fair. The theme also ran through all modules of the congress. In the newly created ‘Innovation Center’ programme item, approaches were discussed on how to make bathrooms more modern and sustainable. There were also plenty of exciting insights into soft skills for everyday working life. Work-life balance, employer branding and social media took centre stage here, with workshops rather than frontal presentations. The exhibiting companies came from 28 countries. The trade fair for swimming pools, saunas and spas, which is organised by the German Association for the Bathing Industry (DGfdB) together with Messe Stuttgart, also impressed the almost 8,000 visitors. The feedback for the shortened duration and the hall concept was consistently positive.
