Together for success – visitor advertising is already in full swing in order to attract as many qualified trade visitors as possible to INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO. We attract the visitors to the exhibition grounds. If you also advertise the trade fair among your customers, everyone ultimately benefits from a large, heterogeneous customer base!

Codes for the tickets – digital or in various print versions can conveniently be ordered via our ticket and advertising media shop in the Service Portal.

Only redeemed codes will be charged subsequently at 18 €. Codes redeemed from abroad will remain free of charge. 

    

Admission code summary:

  • As an exhibitor, you have an unlimited number of free admission codes for free day tickets at your disposal. With the admission codes, your visitors have free entry at INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO.
    We will invoice you after the trade fair only 18.00 EUR (plus VAT) for each admission code used.
  • Admission codes of visitors from abroad remain free of charge for you!
  • Via the Messe Ticket Service (yellow puzzle piece), the admission codes can be downloaded as a csv file (comparable to an Excel file) for your serial letters or in pdf format.
  • Our printed visitor flyers with or without integrated admission code are available via the red puzzle piece Advertising media offer.

  • In the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal you can check every day which customers have already redeemed your admission codes and who was actually present at the trade fair.
  • After the fair, the visitor addresses are available for download for 6 week. The link will be provided here at a later date.

The success of your trade fair presentation is largely determined by your advertising activities. Take advantage of the wide range of our advertising options. All advertising spaces are offered on an event-related basis - depending on hall occupancy and availability.

We have 24 m² meeting rooms in each of our exhibition halls. The rooms have natural daylight, but can also be darkened if required.
If you would like to book one of these rooms as part of your participation, you are welcome to do so via the service portal.

Remember: Messe Stuttgart cannot accept any packages or postal deliveries for trade fair stands!

For reasons of liability, employees of Messe Stuttgart are not permitted to accept goods. One of your employees must be on site when the goods get delivered to the exhibition stand. Please make prior arrangements or - if that is not possible - use the convenient delivery and storage service of the freight company Schenker on location. Schenker will accept your consignment and deliver it to your stand when you are present – a reliable and convenient service.

You can download and print your free exhibitor passes and set-up and dismantling passes after you have paid the stand invoice. Would you like to use public transport  (VVS) free of charge? Then personalise your exhibitor passes and activate VVS (Stuttgart public transport system) before downloading.

The number of free passes is based on the booked stand area. Here, you can order further passes subject to a charge.

Co-exhibitors do not receive free exhibitor passes. Please contact your main exhibitor about this matter.

The charitable association Schwäbische Tafel Stuttgart e. V. will again this year be pleased to accept any of your left-over food for its welfare organisation and for the Stuttgart Vesperkirche (church providing food for the needy). The goods will be picked up each day from Sunday, 04.02., to Wednesday, 07.02 at your stand between 16:30 and 18:00.

All types of food, drinks, cleaning and hygiene items are accepted, i.e. all products that can also be found in a normal supermarket. 
Opened packages and alcohol will not be accepted. Bread is only needed in small quantities. For the donation of fresh ice-cream, please pack it in suitable transport boxes / thermo boxes.

This year again, the IKA/Culinary Olympics will take place during INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO! If you not only want to attend the event but also to experience the tastes, you can secure a menu ticket, for example for a lunch-time tasty experience or a multi-course evening menu.

A fee for a Media Package is levied with the stand rental invoice. The media package includes (if registered before the editorial deadline) the transfer of the following data to the exhibitor index:

• Company name

• Street and house number, postal code, city, country

• Telephone, company e-mail address

• Link to your Website

• three categories from the product & service directory

• Hall and stand number(s)

      

The data will be transferred to the following official trade fair media:

• Online exhibitor index

• Print trade fair publication (Visitor Guide)

• Messe App

• Exhibitor index in the digital visitor information system on the premises

      

In addition to the above information, you can book at cost additional entries in the trade fair media.

Official controls are constantly increasing: Please note the form for the distribution of food and beverages.

You will find further important leaflets under downloads in the portal (e.g. for gas cylinders and compressed air tanks, deep fat fryers, GEMA, etc.)

You can order your exhibitor parking permits from now on in the Service Portal. Starting on 02.10.2023, all orders for VIP-Parking and Parking in the loading bays can be placed there. Please bear in mind that only a very limited number of spaces are available. Orders will be considered on a first-come first-served basis.

Parking during Set-up and Dismantling

  • You can drive into the loading bays for loading and unloading. The stay in the loading bays is limited. The respective time slots are stated on the deposit slip. Should you require more time, you can extend the deposit deadline with a staff member on location.
  • After loading and unloading, you have the option of parking on the premises free of charge.
  • If during Set-up and dismantling you do not need to drive into the loading bays, the outdoor area is available to you for parking. In this case, please have your deposit slip stamped by a staff member on location before you leave the trade fair premises.

Parking during the trade fair

  • You can purchase Permanent Parking Permits directly on location from our service partner Apcoa in the Bosch multi-storey car park P20, Level 0. Upon presenting your Exhibitor Pass, you will receive the parking permit at exhibitor terms.
  • The Permanent Parking Permits are valid on the last day of Set-up, during the trade fair period and on the first day of Dismantling. 
  • Please note the parking areas stated on the car-park ticket.

In the run-up to INTERGASTRA, we invite the press to visit and offer an overview of dates only for journalists. We will be happy to support you if you have planned press events or press conferences by yourself and would like to add them to our overview free of charge.

  • Additional stand construction and dismantling outside of the stated time slot is subject to a charge and requires prior registration and approval via the Service Portal.

To give visitors an idea of what to expect at INTERGASTRA 2024 in Stuttgart, we offer an online SNEAK preview for the first time. The aim is to give INTERGASTRA visitors, hoteliers, restaurateurs and journalists brief and exclusive insights into the exhibiting companies before the fair. At regular intervals, this content is published in the form of a social media campaign via our channels (Website, Instagram & LinkedIn).

We would like to offer you this great opportunity for advertising and presentation. However, due to the large number of exhibitors at INTERGASTRA, it is not possible for all exhibitors to present a sneak preview. Therefore, the number is limited to 60 sneaks. The cost per sneak preview amounts to a one-off 350 € (plus VAT) fee. For more information, please refer to the e-mail on this topic or contact us directly.

Stands with a floor area of 30m² and/or a construction height of more than 3.50m must always be submitted for stand approval, as must all stand structures under or on the gallery in Hall 1, and all stands in the Entrance East. 

Please submit your stand plans by 04.12.2023 in the Service Portal in the Approvals section. Orders received later than 8 weeks before the start of construction are only possible after prior consultation.

With the start of the Set-up, stand approvals will no longer be reviewed or approved.

Every exhibitor is obliged to equip the stand area with partition walls towards the neighbouring back walls. Regulations on the quality and look of the materials used can be found in the 
Technical Guidelines of Messe Stuttgart at 4.7.1.

waste disposal

Messe Stuttgart continuously endeavours to reduce waste in the interest of the environment. However, this is only possible with your help!

  • For this reason, please consider where you can dispense with packaging material and disposable crockery before and during the trade fair.
  • If you cannot completely change over to reusable crockery for food and drinks, please use environment-friendly and recyclable disposable crockery. Some INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO exhibitors already include environment-friendly disposable crockery in their product range. If necessary, you can exchange ideas and opinions with the other exhibitors.
  • In the hall bistros and in the trade fair shop, environment-friendly and recyclable disposable crockery is also available on location.
  • Please remember to order the correct waste disposal for your stand via the  Stuttgart Messe Service Portal. There is the option of separating waste according to type and ordering separate waste containers e.g. for paper, plastic, food leftovers etc. Only waste that is sorted 100% can be directed to the right recycling system by our service partner.
  • Did you know that your packaging material left over after stand construction (e.g. cardboard, plastic covers etc.) can be stored by us until the end of the trade fair and then be re-used for dismantling?  If you are interested, you can book this service via the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal from our service partner, the freight company SCHENKER (Tel: +49 711 18560-3300, e-mail: fairs.stuttgart(at)dbschenker.com
  • Please do not dispose of food leftovers (e.g. ice cream) in the drains of the trade fair centre, as this causes blockages,
  • Please do not dispose of residual waste in the food waste containers
