Lovers of Italian coffee culture are cordially invited to taste roasts from Melitta's sister company Caffé Corsini. "Made in Tuscany" is the motto of the third generation of the family business, founded in 1950 by Corsino Corsini in Arezzo. Melitta Professional now has two original Italian roasts in its wide coffee portfolio: The Riserva Silvano Corsini, the signature organic blend dedicated to the company's founder, and the Selezione Elite, a selection from Africa, Asia, Central and South America. Typically Italian "grounded", both varieties do not do without a robusta content of 20 percent in addition to 80 percent Arabica beans. The medium roast brings out a full aroma in both cases. Notes of cocoa, almond and spices, as well as a pronounced sweetness, characterize Riserva Silvano Corsini, the taste profile of the Selezione Elite includes notes of dried fruit, caramel and cocoa.
