Melitta Professional is bringing new support for baristas and bartenders to Intergastra in Stuttgart. In the "Home of Coffee Lovers", barista flair and automatic support go hand in hand. The new Cafina® Grind Connect portafilter not only takes care of pressing (tamping), but also connects the weighing at the mill with the corresponding amount of water on the portafilter. Barista made easy: The grinder is electronically connected to the brewing groups and automatically releases only the appropriate beverage size for the start of the brewing process. And there is also automatic support for mixing coffee cocktails. The Melitta® XT Aroma System expands the fully automatically prepared variety of beverages with up to five different flavors for many new mix ideas at the touch of a button.An important advantage here is the simple automatic cleaning in the closed system – no individual parts have to be disassembled.
