The R+T project team will be available to you before, during and after the trade fair. On all event days, you can find the team in the Project Management Office between Halls 5 and 7.

Premature Dismantling
- Dismantling is only allowed after the end of the trade fair on the last trade fair day, Friday 23.02.2024, from 7:00 p.m. approximately.
- For any premature dismantling, contractual penalties according to the General Exhibiting Condition of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH (LMS) apply.
- LMS is entitled to charge the exhibitor a contractual penalty of €5,500 in the event of violations of this provision, unless the exhibitor is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Access Regulations
- Access to the Trade Fair Center is possible every day during the defined set-up and dismantling times.
- Access to the Trade Fair Center is exclusively via Gate 2 of the Truck Pool.
- Please follow directions to “Anlieferung“ (“Deliveries”) when accessing the Trade Fair Center.
Digital Entry and Exit Management with VisiFair
- Access to the Trade Fair Center for set-up and dismantling is only possible after booking a time slot at a fee!
- Due to the limited number of time slots, booking well before the event is recommended.
- After exiting the respective loading area, free parking is available on the trade fair grounds for intermediate parking (till 20:00).
In order to use the VisiFair booking system, you need a First Time Registration.
Afterwards you can access the site with your data. In the “Upcoming Events” section, you can unlock the desired event with the event code.

The duration period for vehicles on the trade fairgrounds is limited:

Tickets:
Secure your ticket codes in the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal with your usual access data until Monday, 12th February 2024*. To convert the ticket codes to entrance tickets, please personalise them in the Messe-Ticket-Shop.
The price of the ticket is 25 € per person (plus VAT). All food and drinks as well as one cocktail are included.
Please note that the number of tickets is limited. Tickets will be allocated in the order of purchase.
* Last-minute visitors can book their tickets via the Messe-Ticket-Shop until the evening of the first trade fair day (subject to availability).
