Fresh from the woods and fields to the table - the trend theme of game is once again the focus of SÜFFA 2024. The reasons for the growing demand for game meat and processed game products are quite complex: meat from local forests is unbeatable not only as a delicacy, but also in terms of healthy nutrition, animal welfare and safety of origin. Butchers are the ideal partners for hunters when it comes to processing and marketing game products. SÜFFA aims to build this bridge in communication and provide a platform for representatives of both professions. To this end, the State Hunting Association and the State Guild Association for the Butcher's Trade in Baden-Württemberg will once again be represented at the trade fair as contact partners.
