What's new in the meat industry? In addition to industry-relevant presentations and award ceremonies, there will also be plenty of action on the stage this year. The SÜFFA Team Cup will be held here on 29 and 30 September and promises all visitors exciting duels in which craftsmanship and nerves of steel will be put to the test.
On Saturday 28 September, the Butcher Wolf Pack will be on stage preparing for the upcoming world championship - and you, as a visitor, can take part in the trial training. Look over the shoulders of the reigning world champion team and get an autograph from the pack around captain Dirk Freyberger on the sidelines.
