Review 2025: Embossing in textile finishing: stylish accents with texture
Visitors to the TecCheck Area 2025 were treated to a special type of textile finishing: embossing is a popular technique in the finishing of textiles to give designs a special depth and elegance. Patterns, logos or lettering are embossed directly into the fabric to create raised or recessed structures. This method is particularly impressive on materials such as thicker sweatshirt fabric.
The advantages lie not only in the elegant look, but also in the longevity: embossing is extremely robust and does not wash out. Whether for fashionable accents, individual brand labelling or stylish decoration - embossing gives textiles a high-quality and unmistakable touch. In cooperation with well-known partners such as KIT, Fuchs Transferpressen, No Limit, promodoro, L-SHOP-TEAM, TriDri and miners mate, the possible applications for sweatshirts were demonstrated.
