The presence of children on the trade fair-grounds during stand set-up and dismantling is not permitted.

The ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart is one of the largest and most modern convention centres in Germany. Up to 10,000 guest can experience cutting-edge conference technology and a highly variable room concept in the ICS. The congress hall (C1), the multifunctional hall (C2) and the seminar and conference area (C3 - C10) are available for this purpose. With a flexible partition wall system, these rooms can be divided into up to 33 meeting and seminar rooms. Each room can be controlled individually via a direction desk and equipped with additional technology.

The individual rooms can accommodate between 12 and 440 people. Offices are available for meetings with fewer participants. All rooms have natural light and blackout curtains.

Waste Disposal on the Exhibiton stand 

The waste disposal guidelines (PDF, 152 KB) of Messe Stuttgart apply. Exhibitors are accordingly responsible for waste disposal at their trade fair stands during stand set-up and dismantling times as well as the entire duration of the trade fair.  Our service partner offers a waste disposal service.

You find Wheelchair-accessible toilets at the Entrances East and West, in each hall on the short sides, in the restaurants and in the ICS. The toilets can be accessed using a European universal key.
