Grid-Booster

Due to increasing loads generated by the expansion of the electromobility infrastructure, the power grid is threatened by an overload at the respective low-voltage feeders at the local grid stations. The energy demand is thus higher than the grid can serve. In order to ensure constant supply security and thus keep the grid in frequency, we need grid stability. This is achieved by energy storage. The storage unit is charged with surplus energy from the grid. An excessive load on the grid can be compensated by discharging the storage. In this way, the grid frequency of 50 Hz is balanced. INTILION's energy supply with different storage sizes (capacity and power) and act as a "grid booster". This is how the supply and required power can be guaranteed at any time without grid expansion.
