At the INTERGASTRA Food & Concept Court, we presented to you forward-looking concepts and technical innovations for the food service market and retail trade. The exhibiting companies demonstrated their services and products at the front cooking stations and trade fair counters, in cooking shows and workshops. Tasting was expressly permitted and desired.

"Pitch & meet" – Food concepts on the fast-track
In daily pitch rounds, founders faced the challenge of convincing the audience of their ideas in three to five minute presentations at the Food & Concept Court. Real innovations were presented in best-practice examples. After the pitches, the conversation continued undisturbed and away from the usual visitor traffic in the lounge area.
Franchise as easy as ever
The Food & Concept Court is an excellent networking event to exchange ideas and share experiences with like-minded people. For this reason, representatives of the ErfaFoodService and the German Franchise Association invited you to get into a dialogue. Both institutions recognised the trend towards restaurant chains with the franchising business model early on and supported interested franchisors and potential entrepreneurs and franchisees in all steps of the founding process, the conceptual design and the expansion of their business at INTERGASTRA 2024.
